De-boned whole chickens
I just love to see my team really enthusiastic and excited about their work. We have a “Let’s get Creative Day!”
They are just loving their training sessions with a professional chef. They have now learnt how to de-bone a whole chicken and roll it up with a sausage stuffing.
This is NOT an easy task and takes about 45 min per chicken! However, we have now practised enough and our speciality de-boned, stuffed chicken rolls are on our website. You will find them under new products or this week also under specials. (They are Gluten free, as well!!)
Next, we are working on “BUTTER CHICKEN”. We will provide you with a pack including everything you need to make this popular dish. How does that sound to you?
