Dry Cured - Cold Smoked SHOULDER Bacon 190g- 210g

Finely sliced - designer bacon made with the utmost care from the SHOULDER.

Red Barn introduces our new range of bacon made the old fashioned way.

Carefully selected cuts from our delicious free range pigs are dry cured for 2 weeks to draw out excess moisture and concentrate the flavours.

The bacon is then gently cold smoked for a day over oak chips to add a delicious natural smoky taste.

After smoking the bacon is left to mellow before being hand sliced and packed with love. This unique hand crafted product fries perfectly without giving off excess water, and reminds you of the days when things were done the proper way!

Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Brown sugar, Sodium Nitrite.
